(1) Discussed Open Meeting Law and procedures to be followed for all meetings.
(2) Read a letter from Jack Keough to Carolyn M. Haley outlining immediate and long term repairs needed to be made on the property located at 7B Candlewood CT, Holland, MA.
(3) Noted that there was no ZBA meeting on July 13 due to the All Boards Meeting. Absent from the All Boards meeting were Fred Beaulieu and Don Beal.
(4) Will check prices for recent ZBA notices in the Sturbridge Press. Prices are becoming too high.
The minutes for June 22 were read and accepted.

David would like to redesign the first floor space and add a second floor to the existing structure. The completed project will not exceed the present house footprint (24’ x 36’). A site review was scheduled for August 13, at 6:00 PM.
A continuance was scheduled for August 24, at 7:30 PM.
The Meeting was adjourned at 8:15 PM.
